As a high-risk pregnancy, we are now at the point where we have biweekly ultrasounds and seeing many specialists in between those ultrasounds. The downside is having so many appointments and feeling like we live at the hospital but the ultimate perk is being able to see baby so often!
How far along? 25 weeks
Total weight gain/measurements: Holding on to my 10 lbs. Around belly button: 37.5 inches (No change from previous week)
Clothing: Maternity Sweaters!!!
Stretch marks? None!! Still using my personal beauty product line “Naomi Body Shea Body Butter”.
Sleep: According to my sleep tracker, I am usually restless or awake for about 18% of the night. Meaning, not getting excellent sleep. I’m up to peeing twice at night now. This started over the last week.
Purchases: Bought my baby shower dress!! Pretty excited, though I wish I had committed to buying it 2 months ago when I fell in love with it and the USD exchange rate was not so atrocious.
Highlight of the week: My husband’s 30th birthday!! Seeing baby TWICE on ultrasound, he even yawned during one of the ultrasounds, it was the cutest thing ever!
Worst moment this week: Getting sick because the cold weather is here.
Miss anything? Being able to bend without making audible sounds.
Movement: Daily and on schedule!! I love knowing his sleeping schedule. Makes me feel like a good mother already. It’s all about the little victories.
Food cravings: Cake!
Food Aversions: None
Gender: BOY!
Labour signs: Nope
Symptoms: Hairy. Loud breathing.
Belly button in or out? Out
Wedding rings on or off? On.
Emotions: Happy
Looking forward to: Reading more baby books and seeing baby again this week.
