Another week has passed and so many developments. Let’s start with the fact that I’m swelling everywhere and it’s constant, my feet are swollen all day except for the few hours when I have them elevated at night. My lower back is swollen 24/7, I don’t even know how to relieve that, so I haven’t tried. On Monday, I also discovered that I had what is called hamburger/cheeseburger crotch. This is when the area swells due to the pressure and retention around the pelvis. (Thankfully, this usually goes away within 30 minutes of standing).
