Tests! Tests and more tests!
I’ve seen the hospital and the blood lab more than ever over the past 2 weeks. The doctor was worried about my liver enzymes because the numbers were extremely high in the 300s, where the norm is around 40. After a bunch of lab tests, the numbers were shown to be reduced to the 100s (much better) and we now have yet another abdominal ultrasound to check on my liver and organs in general to make sure there isn’t something going on. I am extremely grateful to God because where others see this reduction as chance, I see it as an answered prayer. Each week that I keep this little guy in, is a victory. I am so happy that we are already past the 31 week mark. I can’t believe that we will be meeting him in about 8 week though!!! AHHHHHHHHHHH MY LITTLE GUY WILL BE IN MY ARMS! My blood pressure is still staying a bit elevated but they aren’t worried about it as long as I stay healthy with everything else. The doctor suspects that the liver elevation might have been due to my body trying to fight off an infection or illness. Good job body.
Enough of that, let’s get into the good stuff!
